We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and closing suitable candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct 5–10 candidate interviews daily.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the concerned team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and selection.
- Coordinate with the HR/Management team for final selection and joining formalities.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.




- Complete daily recruitment reports and provide updates on interview and closure status.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Daily Recruitment Targets
- Minimum 5–10 interviews per day
- Minimum 1 closure per day
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Regular follow-up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Daily reporting of sourcing, interviews, selections, and closures.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
