Role Description
The Deputy Area Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple cafés in the assigned area. This role includes supervising store teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and driving excellence in customer service and product quality. The Deputy Area Manager will monitor sales performance, manage inventory and costs, and support initiatives to grow revenue and improve profitability.



They will assist with training, mentoring, and scheduling staff, implement brand guidelines, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene norms. The role also involves resolving operational issues promptly, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting new store openings or local marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications
- Robust operations management skills, including multi-store supervision, inventory control, and process compliance.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
