Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction activities at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely completion of work as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at site.
- Conduct quality checks for RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, waterproofing, etc.




- Coordinate with the planning and project management team for project schedules.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor their work and productivity.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, and civil construction activities.
- Valuable knowledge of drawings, BOQ, quantity estimation, and site execution.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
- Candidates willing to work at Pune project sites preferred.
