Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to new leads, existing clients, and follow-up clients.
- Explain clinic services, consultations, procedures, packages, and appointment processes clearly.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, website, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.
- Remind clients about upcoming appointments and follow-up consultations.
- Understand client requirements and appropriately guide them toward consultation with the dermatologist/doctor.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the front office and clinical team regarding patient appointments.
- Handle client questions politely and escalate medical or clinical queries to the appropriate doctor or clinical team.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures.




- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment-conversion targets.
- Provide excellent patient experience before and after the appointment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, patient coordination, healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/appointment software.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle patients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
