Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and manage inventory and shipments across ecommerce marketplaces, primarily Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring optimum stock availability, timely dispatches, and accurate listing of products in line with marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage inventory levels and stock movement for Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to Amazon (FBA) and Flipkart (FA) fulfilment centres/warehouses as per marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid stock-outs or overstocking, and raise replenishment requests in a timely manner.
- Track inbound shipment status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely receipt confirmation at marketplace warehouses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile system stock with marketplace seller panel data.
- Prepare and update inventory reports, shipment plans, and stock reconciliation sheets in MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for packing, labelling, and dispatch as per Amazon/Flipkart compliance standards.




- Liaise with marketplace support teams (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) to resolve inventory, shipment, or listing-related issues.
- Monitor product listings for stock accuracy and coordinate with the concerned team for updates as required.
- Analyse sales trends and slow/quick-moving inventory to support purchase and stock-planning decisions.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies related to packaging, labelling, and shipment norms.
- Communicate with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams in English and Hindi as required.

Requirements
- Preferred hands-on experience in managing inventory on Amazon and Flipkart seller platforms.
- Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data reconciliation).
- Ability to speak, read, and write English and Hindi.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with war
