We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our EHS team in a leading agrochemical manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and controlling occupational health hazards to ensure a secure and healthy workplace while complying with statutory and company EHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring for chemical exposure, dust, vapors, gases, fumes, noise, heat stress, illumination, indoor air quality, and ventilation.
- Carry out workplace exposure assessments and recommend engineering, administrative, and PPE controls.
- Develop and implement occupational health and industrial hygiene programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, OSHA guidelines, Factories Act, and company EHS standards.
- Coordinate occupational health surveillance, medical monitoring, and exposure assessment programs & Ergonomics Study.
