We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and monitor customer orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor customer orders received through E-Commerce platforms.
- Track orders from processing and dispatch through final delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, store, and delivery teams.
- Monitor stock availability, order preparation, and dispatch status.
- Track deliveries using internal software and ensure timely system updates.
- Follow up on pending, delayed, and failed deliveries.
- Resolve delivery and operational issues and escalate when required.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate shipment records.





Experience & Prerequisites:
- 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Order Management, or Delivery Coordination preferred.
- Experience in inventory handling is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
