We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Interior Designer to work on our Second Home projects. Freshers with a degree/diploma in Interior Design who have a good understanding of design concepts and basic software are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing interiors for villas, cottages, and second homes.

Prepare basic floor plans, furniture layouts, and interior concepts.

Create 2D drawings and 3D views as required.

Assist in selecting furniture, materials, colours, lighting, and décor.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Visit project sites to understand requirements and monitor execution.

Prepare mood boards, presentations, and material selections.

Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within the given budget.

Make design changes based on client requirements and feedback.

Maintain proper records of drawings, designs,



and material selections.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design software will be an advantage.

Positive creative and visualization skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Ability to work within timelines and budgets.
