Dragone Media is hiring an Event & Community Manager for our Wakad, Pune office.

We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused skilled to manage motorcycle rides, rider communities, brand activations, retail activations, corporate/IT Park activations and outdoor events.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events and brand activations from start to finish.
- Manage motorcycle rides and rider/community activities.
- Execute retail, dealership, IT Park and outdoor activations.
- Coordinate with clients, dealerships, vendors and venues.
- Manage promoters, event executives and support teams.
- Handle participant registrations, confirmations and community communication.
- Manage event logistics, inventory and branding materials.
- Supervise event setup and dismantling.
- Support loading/unloading and physical event execution whenever required.
- Manage customer engagement and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor activation targets and lead quality.
- Prepare event checklists, timelines and manpower plans.
- Handle travel, accommodation and event logistics.




- Resolve last-minute on-ground operational issues.
- Maintain event documentation and submit post-event reports.

Candidate Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Event Management, BTL Activations, Brand Activations, Retail Activations, Automotive Events, Community Management or Field Operations preferred.

Candidate should have strong team management, communication, vendor coordination, client handling, leadership and problem-solving skills.

This is not a desk-only management role. Candidate must be comfortable participating in hands-on event execution whenever required.

Must be comfortable with weekend events, early-morning rides, late working hours, outdoor field work and outstation travel.

Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives
