URGENT HIRING – BRANCH MANAGER | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

We are urgently looking for an experienced Branch Manager with strong expertise in Business Development, Sales and Branch Management within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.

Location: Gandhidham

Position: Branch Manager – Business Development & Operations
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall branch business, operations and performance
- Drive business development and sales to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Lead, guide and manage the branch team
- Develop the branch market and expand the customer base
- Handle key customer relationships and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with operations, pricing and HO teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor branch profitability, revenue and business growth




- Take ownership of the branch's overall sales, business development and operational performance

Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Proven experience in Business Development + Branch Management
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding services
- Robust leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Existing industry network will be an advantage
- Candidates who can take complete ownership of branch growth will be preferred
