Responsibilities:
- Develop new client accounts for digital marketing, app development & website development services
- Identify and pitch to prospective clients needing social media marketing, lead generation, app or website development solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking and market research
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and present business proposals/pitches to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal design/dev/marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track market trends and competitor activities in the digital marketing/tech space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development/sales (must be experienced, freshers not preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with cold calling
- Should be able to work independently, end-to-end in pursuing leads and closing deals
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Should be willing to work full time from office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
