We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team and take responsibility for handling and completing Income Tax Returns, Tax Audits and accounting-related assignments for clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the provisions of the Income-tax Act and practical experience in income-tax compliance, including preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit Reports.

The role will also involve handling and reviewing clients’ accounting records. Accordingly, the candidate should have a sound understanding of double-entry accounting, Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets and basic financial accounting principles.

The candidate will be provided training in Zoho Books and will be expected to subsequently assist clients with the implementation of Zoho Books, as well as undertake regular scrutiny and review of their books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms and companies.
- Preparation and completion of Tax Audit assignments and related filings.




- Interpretation and application of relevant provisions of the Income-tax Act.
- Review and scrutiny of clients’ books of accounts.
- Understanding and review of Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
- Implementation and ongoing review of Zoho Books for clients.
- Identifying accounting, tax and compliance issues and coordinating with clients for their resolution.
- Assisting in other tax and accounting assignments handled by the firm.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate with approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm.
- Candidates who have cleared IPCC / Intermediate and subsequently discontinued or taken a break from the CA course are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Practical experience in Income Tax Return preparation and Tax Audit is essential.
