We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with strong experience in Real Estate Sales to drive property sales, generate business, manage prospective clients, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads through calls, references, digital channels, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiation, booking, and closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits and ensure effective client interaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Conduct property presentations and communicate project features, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.




- Negotiate with clients and assist in booking and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, follow-up details, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth closure and documentation.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Support junior team members with sales guidance and market insights when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional sales conduct.
