• Safety- Carry out sales operation by maintaining protected practices as per the safety guide line of Nuvoco follow PRTA

• Achieve Product wis, market wise and dealer wise sales for Mentor Dealers

• Responsible for Plan and achieve Shares of Spend

• Propose customer wise volume plan

• Responsible for Achieving Pro rata sales

• Timely Communication to Channel about Price, Schemes etc.

• Achieve targetted collections

• Maintain Pro-rata Collection cycle

• Maintain debtors within norms

• Responsible for increasing sales to lower Payment Status dealers

• Ensure payment within banking hours

• To Reduce / 0 cheque dishonours

• Ensure strict adherence to credit limit of dealers

• Ensure joint Credit rating of Parties at pre defined periods

• Responsible for Dealer Agreements.

• Ensure issuance of Dealer Certificates

• Ensure improvement of Service Levels

• Adhere t o pre scheduled dealer visit

• Be responsible for reduced dealer rivalry

• Ensure personal presence in all Dealer / Other Meets

• Responsible to maintain retail price at suggested levels

• Report Price & Stocks of Competition and complimentary products as well as Projects
