Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication throughout the engagement.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Service Delivery & Process Improvement: Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and overall client experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular client meetings, requirement discussions, status reviews, and performance meetings to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
- Business & Data Analysis: Analyze business data, performance metrics, and client feedback to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Issue & Risk Management: Identify,



analyze, and resolve business and operational issues while proactively managing risks and escalations.
- Account & Business Growth: Support account planning, client retention, renewal discussions, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, dashboards, reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation for stakeholders.
- Client Advocacy: Represent the client’s requirements and business priorities in internal discussions, ensuring solutions are aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Work collaboratively with internal teams and provide guidance to junior team members on business analysis, client management, and process improvement practices.
