Location- Karnataka

Qualification- Master's degree in Sociology, Development Studies, Social Work or other relevant field of Social Sciences.

Role & responsibilities- 11+ years poverty and social inclusion analysis, community activities and implementation of poverty reduction, livelihood and social inclusion actions, in a linear project.

Experience in Assessing Poverty and Social Inclusion issues and developing concrete solutions to be integrated into transport infrastructure or similar infrastructure developments in the context of an externally-funded project. Experience in developing and delivering Poverty reduction, Livelihood, Social Inclusion or Community Development related activities in accordance with the requirement of a development partner. Experience of delivering such developments in the context of transport or other infrastructure development is preferable; Familiarity with the government system, profound communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills with the local community,



civil society and government stakeholders using qualitative and participatory techniques.
