Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue, strengthen the organization's market presence, promote trade-related services, and establish long-term business relationships.
The incumbent will focus on business development, client acquisition, brand management, trade promotion, event marketing, and strategic partnerships to support the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management

Develop and implement annual sales and business development strategies.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads for office spaces, trade services, memberships, events, and other business verticals.
Achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy and business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, government agencies,



and trade organizations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Marketing Management

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage branding and promotional activities across all business units.
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, and social media activities.
Develop brochures, presentations, marketing materials, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Business Development and Relationship Management
Establish strategic partnerships with national and international organizations.
Promote WTC services among trade bodies, industry groups, chambers of commerce, and business communities.
Support membership growth and client retention initiatives.
