About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Distribution & Channel Sales Executive / Manager to develop and manage our distributor, dealer, and channel partner network across India. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of CCTV Cameras, Fire Alarm Systems, and related ELV/Security products and be comfortable travelling across India for business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's dealer, distributor and channel partner network across Pan India.
- Identify and onboard current distributors, dealers, system integrators, and business partners.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure regular business generation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel sales.
- Promote and sell CCTV Cameras, Fire Alarm Systems, and other security/ELV products.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Coordinate with distributors/dealers regarding product availability, pricing, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new product developments.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for channel partners whenever required.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, market visit reports, and channel performance reports.
- Coordinate with the internal Sales, Technical, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution and payme
