About the Role





As a Recruiter at Connecting Talent, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle from
understanding the requirement to candidate joining
.

You will work on live requirements from our clients, identify suitable candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and work towards successful closures.

This is a
work-from-office role
where you will work closely with our recruitment and management team and gain practical exposure to agency recruitment, client requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate management, and recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill requirements, experience criteria, salary ranges, locations, and hiring timelines.
