Experience: Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experienceJob OverviewWe are looking for a agile, motivated, and results-driven Telecaller / Education Counselor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents seeking educational guidance. You will handle outbound calls, explain admission pathways, and guide potential candidates toward their academic goals. To excel in this role, you must be a strong communicator with absolute fluency in Telugu and English.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects from provided student leads.
- Counsel students regarding courses, college admissions, and study programs.
- Answer incoming inquiries from students and parents politely and professionally.
- Book and schedule counseling appointments for senior academic advisors.




- Follow up consistently with hot leads to ensure high enrollment conversion.
- Maintain accurate, daily records of call statuses and student feedback.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call volume and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience working with an education consultancy or coaching institute is a plus.
- Language Skills: Complete fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, and convincing skills.
- Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience working with simple CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
