Qualification
Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English medium, schooling throughout English medium preferred.

Skills
- Impeccable English and creative writing skills
- 3+ years of full-time agency experience as a creative strategist or copywriter, preferably at a full-service creative agency; SEO writing experience irrelevant
- Must have a clear understanding of what is expected from a creative strategist along with proven work experience in the role
- Great ideation and copywriting skills in all the three languages – English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Must be always updated with the trends (marketing, national, global) and should be an expert at social media and AI usage
- Must be excellent at client and internal communication, should be able to speak with confidence, insight, and maturity
- Should be able to work individually, taking ownership of the entire project
- Should be a smart team player with a balanced approach towards dealing with challenging projects and people
- Should have worked on 360-degree branding strategies/ copywriting projects

Job Description




- Creating research and insight-based pitches for new business requirements focused on strategy and creative direction
- Conducting deep and smart industry research focused on consumer behaviour, market size, and industry trends to identify gaps
- Developing insights based on the identified gaps, strong enough to differentiate the brand and its offerings as per the business objectives
- Conceptualising and writing creative copy for suggested deliverables and activities like brand positioning, tagline, brand story/ manifesto, campaign concepts, hero creatives (brand film scripts/ print/ OOH/ radio/ social media content etc.)
- Creating long-term and short-term brand strategies, Go-To-Market strategies, launch strategies, and content plans for brands, whenever required
- Presenting the cohesive pitch internally to the Head of Strategy & Brand Solutions (+ Founder on an occasional basis) and perfect the deck
