Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – Healthcare Operations to manage and drive the performance of multiple healthcare/diagnostic centres. The role will be responsible for COCO operations, revenue growth, centre productivity, Parking Point/Collection Point revenue, customer experience, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple COCO healthcare/diagnostic centres.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the assigned cluster.
- Drive Parking Point / Collection Point revenue and patient footfall.
- Monitor centre-wise revenue, volumes, productivity, conversion, and profitability.
- Develop and implement action plans for underperforming centres.
- Ensure smooth centre operations, staffing, patient flow, and service delivery.
- Manage Centre Managers and operational teams across the cluster.
- Monitor attendance,



manpower productivity, performance, and employee discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Improve customer experience and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Lab, Radiology, and other support functions.
- Conduct regular centre visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports to management.
