Summary

The GM Sales will lead and drive the overall sales and business development function for Adi Durga Steel, with primary responsibility for achieving revenue, order booking, profitability, market expansion, and customer acquisition targets across Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), PEB-Lite, LGSF, steel structures, and related steel products/solutions.

Qualification(s)

· Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.

· Strong understanding of PEB, structural steel, LGSF, fabrication and related construction solutions.

Compensation

Experience

· 12–18 years of experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in PEB, structural steel, EPC, infrastructure or construction.

· Robust experience in handling large industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects.

· Experience in managing key accounts, strategic customers, EPCs, consultants and contractors.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong business development, negotiation, techno-commercial and project-sales skills.





· Excellent customer relationship management, communication, presentation and networking abilities.

· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing, margins, collections, sales forecasting and pipeline conversion.

Job Responsibilities

A. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the annual sales and business development strategy in line with company objectives.
- Set sales targets by product, geography, customer segment and sales team.
- Identify new markets, industries, territories and business opportunities.
- Build a healthy pipeline of upcoming industrial, infrastructure, warehouse, factory and commercial projects.
- Drive order booking, revenue growth and contribution margins.

B. Project Sales – PEB & Steel Solutions
- Develop business opportunities for PEB, PEB-Lite, LGSF and structural steel solutions.
- Establish relationships with promoters, CXOs, project heads, consultants, architects,
