Role Overview
As a School Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with schools, creating awareness about VVT’s scholarship opportunities, and encouraging student participation. This role combines field engagement, relationship management, and student outreach — making it ideal for ambitious professionals looking to grow in the education sector.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong partnerships with schools in Chennai & nearby areas.
- Meet principals, teachers, and coordinators to present VVT’s scholarship program and academic offerings.
- Conduct awareness sessions, seminars, and presentations for students and parents.
- Ensure smooth registration of students for the VVT Student Scholarship Program.
- Distribute and manage marketing materials (brochures, posters, forms).
- Consistently achieve targets for school tie -ups and student enrollments.
- Collect student leads and maintain proper data for follow -ups.
- Share field insights and competitor activities with management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Ability to build relationships with educators, students, and parents.
- Energetic, persuasive, and result -oriented.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel in the assigned area.
- Good organizational and time -management skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or educational outreach.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for education are welcome.
- Two -wheeler with license preferred.
