Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality In Charge to manage quality control and assurance for high-rise residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall QA/QC activities at the project site.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Inspect civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
Conduct material inspections and coordinate required testing.
Ensure concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing quality.
Maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers,



and project management.
Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
8–15 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in high-rise/EPC projects.
Robust knowledge of construction materials, testing, and quality standards.
Positive coordination, communication, and team management skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
