HR Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, policies, and workplace requirements.
Monitor probation periods and employee performance updates.
Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.
Manage resignation, notice period, relieving, and exit formalities.
Support payroll and salary-related coordination.
Conduct employee engagement activities.




Ensure employees follow company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with management and department heads for HR requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS or attendance/payroll software.
Recruitment and employee coordination experience.
Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Good problem-solving and decision-maki
