Job Summary

The Finance ERP Lead is responsible for managing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for finance and accounting functions. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure productive financial processes, system integration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of ERP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy & Governance
Lead the finance ERP roadmap, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals.
Define ERP governance, standards, and best practices.

ERP Implementation & Support
Manage ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
Configure and maintain finance modules such as:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Cash Management
Budgeting & Forecasting
Financial Consolidation




Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams during project execution.

Financial Process Management
Evaluate and improve end-to-end finance processes.
Ensure ERP workflows support financial controls and operational efficiency.
Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

System Integration & Data Management
Manage integrations between ERP and other business systems such as HRMS, Payroll, Procurement, CRM, and Banking platforms.
Oversee master data governance and data quality controls.
Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
