Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers and generate repeat sales.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
Ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
Maintain records of sales, customer details, and stock requirements.
Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for product availability.
Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
Handle billing/payment procedures as required.
Monitor competitors and provide feedback to management.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude with customers.
