Plan, supervise, and control day-to-day fabrication activities as per production schedules.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
Handle fabrication processes including sheet-metal cutting, bending, drilling, welding, grinding, and assembly.
Ensure proper fabrication of components, frames, panels, brackets, cabinets, and mechanical structures used in medical equipment.
Coordinate with Production, Design/NPD, Quality, Stores, and Purchase departments for smooth workflow.
Monitor fabrication processes to achieve required dimensions, tolerances, fitment, and surface finish.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication machines, tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
Identify fabrication defects such as improper welding, distortion, dimensional mismatch, dents,



scratches, and poor finishing, and take corrective action.
Conduct in-process inspection and coordinate with the Quality Department for final inspection and clearance.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower utilization, production targets, material consumption, and fabrication productivity.
Reduce material wastage, rework, rejection, and fabrication-related production delays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
