Coordinate and arrange property visits for bankers, valuers, advocates and other concerned specialists, as and when required.
Obtain and maintain all relevant property documents and records required for banking, legal, valuation and other official purposes.
Coordinate and handle legal documenta on relating to creation of Equitable Mortgage (EM) / mortgage of properties.
Obtain and provide all documents, records and informa on required by advocates and banks for conducting searches and completion of legal documentation.
Prepare and maintain a MIS of valuation reports, covering company-wise/property-wise details.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
