Required Skills
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from logistics and supply chain stakeholders.
Work closely with business users, product managers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Understand and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
Translate business requirements into transparent and actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and UAT activities.
Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, data mappings,



and requirement traceability matrices where required.
Coordinate with QA teams to review test scenarios and validate requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect clarification with technical teams.
Perform data analysis and prepare reports/dashboards to support business decisions.
Conduct impact analysis for current requirements and change requests.
Ensure effective communication between business and technology stakeholders.
Prepare project documentation and provide post-implementation support.
