We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale residential and commercial construction projects, with a solid focus on high-rise building projects.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction procurement, vendor development, techno-commercial evaluation, price negotiation, material planning, and project-site coordination. Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchase Management
Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, consumables and project requirements.
Prepare procurement plans based on project schedules, BOQs, material requirements and site priorities.
Review purchase requisitions,
technical specifications and material requirements from project/site teams.
Source materials in line with project timelines, quality standards and approved budgets.
Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
Residential & Commercial Projects
Handle procurement requirements for residential and commercial building projects.
Must have hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
Coordinate closely with Project, Construction, Engineering, Planning, QS and Finance teams.
Understand project execution requirements and align procurement with construction schedules.
Technical & Commercial Evaluation
Review BOQs, specifications, drawings and technical requirements.
Conduct technical and techno-commercial comparisons of vendor quotations.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery capability and technical compliance.
Identify cost-effective alternatives without compromising project quality.
