Roles & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
Support HR operations, attendance records, and employee data management.




Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal events.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
