About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma and Graduate candidates to join our team across various departments. The selected candidates will be trained and assigned responsibilities based on their qualification, skills, interest and organizational requirements.

This is a valuable chance for freshers to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment and develop their technical, operational and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the respective department in day-to-day operations.
Learn and follow company processes, SOPs and safety guidelines.
Maintain required records, reports and documentation.
Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor work quality,



productivity and process compliance.
Support supervisors and department heads in achieving daily targets.
Identify and report process issues, quality problems or operational delays.
Maintain discipline, 5S and housekeeping standards at the workplace.
Use basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Word and email wherever required.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement activities.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the department head.
