About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Orders (PO), Vendor Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
Generate customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors/procurement.
Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.




Prepare MIS reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

GST & TDS – Strong Hands-on Experience Required
Handle GST calculation, reconciliation, and return filing.
Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and books of accounts.
Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of TDS calculations as per applicable Income Tax provisions.
Should have hands-on experience in TDS deduction, payment, quarterly TDS return filing, and reconciliation.
Knowledge of Form 16A and TDS compliance.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end TDS calculations and compliance.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR, PO Management, Vendor Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOO
