*Request for Quotations
*Generating and issuing formal purchase order to approved suppliers, detailing the products, quantities,
Prices and delivery instructions. Monitoring the status of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring
timely arrival of goods
* Maintaining the purchase & Sales invoice in tally Prime & TCS ION Software and making the payment of goods purchase from the supplier from internet banking & Handling Banking Schedule (Payment, Receipt)
* Reconciling invoices & Certificate of Analysis (COA) with purchase orders and delivery receipts before
approving the payment
* Negotiating Prices with suppliers to secure favorable deals
* Ensuring Procurement activities comply with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements
* Providing Quotations to clients, Payment follow-up
* Communicating with transporter & warehousing team for the daily dispatch of materials
* Maintaining & Verifying of available stocks in warehouse & Company Godown
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
