Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage projects from project initiation to final completion and handover.
Study project drawings, BOQs, specifications, work orders, and client requirements.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, execution plans, and milestones.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Supervise and guide Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and other project staff.
Ensure proper execution of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pump Room, and Fire Protection Systems.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule.
Plan manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required at the project site.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of project materials.
Monitor project costs and ensure execution remains within the approved budget.
Identify project delays, technical issues, and risks and take corrective action.
Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain project progress reports.




Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections, approvals, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Review and approve site measurements, work progress, and material requirements.
Prepare and maintain MIR, WIR, DPR, progress reports, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
Coordinate for testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover of projects.
Ensure timely submission of completion documents, as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documents.
Support the commercial team in billing, variation orders, extra work, and client approvals.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
