Job Description:
Design a custom BIRT rpt design print layout that aligns with our business and branding requirements.
Configure the layout to display the appropriate Performance Management data including employee information, competencies, goals, ratings, comments, signatures, and related details.
Ensure the layout formats correctly for PDF output including pagination, headers, footers, tables, and section spacing.
Advise on any SuccessFactors limitations or best practices related to custom print layouts.
Provide the completed rpt design file and support deployment and testing within our SuccessFactors workplace.
Assist with revisions based on user testing and feedback.
Experience implementing SuccessFactors Performance Management custom print layouts.
Examples of previous BIRT rpt design work for SuccessFactors, if available.
