Job Description:

Expertise in Workday HCM platform, data analysis and visualization, technical integrations, and understanding of HR processes with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Manage appropriate security permissions for users and roles across all Workday HCM modules, supporting security compliance audits, and data reporting
Strong working proficiency in designing and executing straightforward, advanced, composite,



and matrixed custom reports, building dashboards, and Workday Prism
Proficiency in configuring, testing, and updating simple to complex integrations for data migrations with accuracy and efficiency; demonstrate working knowledge with a successful history in designing integrations via Workday Studio, Document Transformation, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs for various vendors
Identify Workday process improvement prospects, maintaining Workday release updates, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements
Support the development of reporting requirements related to all Workday HCM modules, including governance- and audit-based needs
Productive in resolving support tickets by handling all Workday HCM questions, issue resolution, and appropriate account maintenance
Train internal customers and end users, editing and composing training materials as needed
