VACANCY | RESTAURANT MANAGER

Resort Restaurant Events & Hospitality Operations

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and coordinate food & beverage services for resort events, banquets, private functions, and special occasions.

THE ROLE

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of service, guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Restaurant Operations
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, housekeeping, and management.
Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest experience.
Manage reservations, seating, service flow, and peak-hour operations.

Events & Resort Functions
Plan and execute banquets, conferences, parties, weddings, and other resort events.
Coordinate event requirements with clients and internal departments.




Ensure proper manpower deployment, setup, service, and timely execution.
Take charge of operations during large-scale events and functions.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant and service staff.
Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and skilled conduct.
Build a positive and collaborative team environment.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure accountability.

Decision Making & Problem Solving
Take timely and practical decisions during operational challenges.
Handle guest complaints and service issues professionally.
Resolve staff and operational issues efficiently.
Remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
2–5+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, resort, or F&B; operations.
Proven experience in restaurant management and event handling.
Solid leadership and team-management capabilit
