Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Production

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Support production supervisors in machine operations and manpower management.
Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Identify production issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Learn and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other operational excellence practices.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering,



Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of relevant experience.
Valuable academic record and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing operations.
Understanding of quality systems and process control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
