Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE). Candidates with valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, messages, and other business development channels.
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain company products/services clearly to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Maintain daily follow-up and lead activity records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
Work towards assigned sales and business development targets.
Required Skills
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Valuable verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Business Development/Sales.
Confident and positive attitude.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
Education
Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
