Essential duties and responsibilities
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment
Supervising technical staff
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Creating maintenance procedures
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
Daily hospital safety rounds
Take regular floor/ facilities rounds and take energy conservation initiatives
Assist at the time of emergency code activation
Negotiate with vendors and material procurement
Taking Training related to Electrical engineering
Working conditions
Will work in Shifts (Morning, Evening Night) of 8.5 hours a day.
Will remain on call for emergencies.
