The Role:

We are seeking an astute, high-performing Chartered Accountant skilled to serve as Manager/Deputy Manager to directly report to the Director Legal & Compliances. In this crucial leadership-track role, you will take hands-on ownership of the group's financial closures, tax compliances and litigations, RERA governance, and cross-functional legal document control pertaining to Sales Accounting Team. You will act as the key bridge between financial auditing and project execution teams, ensuring 100% statutory compliance and strict internal risk control.

Key Responsibilities
Taxation, Notices & Litigations Statutory Notice Handling:
Act as the primary gatekeeper for handling incoming Income Tax and GST notices; draft skilled, technically sound responses and manage communication with tax authorities during scrutiny/assessment workflows.
Returns Management: Supervise the timely preparation, review, and filing of all GST & Income Tax statutory returns, monthly TDS/TCS workings,



and associated compliance payments.
Corporate Accounts, Financial Reporting, Audits & Strategic Finance Financial Closure & Reporting
Lead Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Book Closure activities across group entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to applicable Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform detailed Ledger Scrutiny and General Ledger Reviews to identify accounting anomalies, unusual transactions, unreconciled balances, and compliance risks.
Review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements before finalization and submission to management, auditors and regulatory authorities.
Prepare monthly MIS reports covering project-wise profitability, collections, receivables, payables, inventory movement, cost overruns and fund utilization.
