Position: Senior Project Engineer & Coordinator
Department: Projects / Engineering
Location: Taloja / Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Industry: FRP / Chemical Process Equipment / Engineering Projects
Experience: 5–10 years preferred
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and coordinate projects from PO/LOI receipt through engineering, manufacturing, dispatch, erection, testing and commissioning.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, design/engineering, production, purchase, quality, stores and site teams.
Review customer PO, technical specifications, drawings, scope of supply and project requirements.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, execution plans, progress reports and project trackers.
Monitor engineering deliverables such as GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOM, technical calculations and material requirements.
Coordinate manufacturing of FRP/GRP tanks, vessels, reactors, pipes, ducts, fittings,



scrubbers and related equipment. CCoroseal+2
Follow up with production and ensure projects are completed as per quality, cost and delivery targets.
Coordinate procurement of project-related materials and follow up with vendors/subcontractors.
Liaise with customers for technical clarifications, approvals, inspection requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate FAT/inspection, testing, packing and dispatch.
Coordinate site activities including erection, installation, fabrication, inspection, testing and commissioning. CCoroseal
Monitor project progress and identify delays, technical issues and resource requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and project progress reports for management.
Maintain project documentation including approved drawings, inspection reports, test certificates, MOMs, correspondence and as-built documents.
Conduct project review meetings and circulate MOM/action
