Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage SAP/ERP systems, including implementation, integration, upgrades, optimization, and ongoing support.
Provide functional understanding of key SAP modules and coordinate with business users, SAP consultants, and implementation partners.
Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud platforms, databases, applications, and end-user computing.
Drive SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC optimization and integration with other business applications.
Lead digital transformation, automation, and IT modernizationThis
Ensure effective IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, contracts, licenses, and service-level agreements.
Work closely with Finance, HR, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify and implement technology solutions.
Establish IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and internal controls.
Lead, mentor,



and develop the IT team while ensuring effective service delivery.
Provide technology recommendations and MIS/analytics support to senior management.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on exposure to SAP/ERP systems.
Experience in SAP implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA / ECC and integration with business applications.
Robust understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and data management.
Experience in digital transformation and automation.
Solid project, vendor, stakeholder, and team management skills.
Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
10–15 years of relevant IT experience, with experience in managing IT operations and teams.
