Role & responsibilities
Ensure 92%+ ATM uptime across assigned ATMs, with special focus on Presidential, Platinum, and Gold-tier machines.
Drive prompt resolution of critical service calls to minimize ATM downtime and customer impact.
Negotiate vendor quotations and manage spare inventory to optimize costs while ensuring service readiness.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and service vendors for seamless operations and effective escalation management.
Coordinate vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor day-to-day field operations, ensuring timely closure of service calls and operational tasks.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to improve ATM availability and service quality.

Region: Karnataka (Kolar, Chintamani, Doddaballapur, Shimoga, and adjoining areas)
Span of Control: 100+ sites
