Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware equipment
Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and connectivity issues
Perform in office troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain service reports, documentation, and equipment records
Follow safety, quality, and field-service procedures
