Provide quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
Operate ICU equipment such as ventilators and monitors.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Perform nursing procedures as per hospital guidelines.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff.
Educate patients' attendants regarding basic patient care.
Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of ICU equipment.
Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and nursing standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing In-Charge.
