Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls from insured members and explain the claim process.
Coordinate with hospitals for appointment scheduling.
Follow up with insurance companies for claim approvals.
Register claims and issue approval letters.
Ensure smooth claim processing and customer support.
· Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.
Pay: ₹19,000.66 - ₹21,000.00 per month
